The V92 Tapemaster DLT Degausser is a powerful inexpensive high energy eraser available for users who require an efficient powerful DLT degausser. The Model V92 has a very high gauss rating of 4,000 gauss and erases all DLT tape, including Super DLT, as well as digital video and super digital video tape, LTO, Ultrium, DVC Pro, 4 mm and 8 mm, Hi 8, Mammoth 2, and AIT 2 cassettes. It also erases hard disk drives and Exabyte and Travan data cartridges, as well as Beta, U-Matic and S-VHS cartridges.

The compact table-top machine is especially designed to handle all metal particle tape and DLT IV tape. It is suitable for data processing centers, data security installations, and media users who must erase a wide variety of different kinds of media. Erasure time is very fast, and most tape cartridges can be erased in less than 5 seconds.
This unit comes standard with a security key switch and foot pedal operation, which is convenient for the operator.
