The V91 LTO/DLT Degausser is a universal high energy eraser available for low-volume users who require a highly efficient non-continuous degausser. Powerful enough to erase data from computer LTO-4 and LTO-5 Tape Cartridges, it is a compact, relatively quiet, manually-operated unit that sits neatly on a table top.

Suitable for all applications for magnetic media users, the V91 LTO/DLT Degausser is capable of erasing all oxide or metal based magnetic media, including difficult-to-erase LTO cartridges.

With figures in excess of -75dB for high energy metal tapes and up to -90dB on standard oxide tapes, complete erasure is assured every time with quick erasure times running as little as 10 seconds per media unit.

The machine comes standard with a keylock switch, a standard safety feature that provides complete management control over unauthorized usage of the machine. No unauthorized personnel may use the machine without the permission of the manager who retains the key.

The operational duty cycle of the V91 LTO/DLT Degausser is approximately five minutes on, five minutes off, with a longer run cycle from a cold start.

In addition, the V91 LTO/DLT comes with an outstanding one year warranty, with an optional two year extension available.

The V91 LTO/DLT is also available for rent for $600.00 per month or it can be purchased as a remanufactured machine for $1,999.
