The MARK 300 Reel Tape Cleaner was specifically designed to meet the needs of the computer user. The compact, portable, easy to use MARK 300 fits in a small space and is ideal for most tape libraries. It accommodates 1/2" tape reel sized up to 10 1/2" diameter and offers self-diagnostic electronics.

The microprocessor-controlled MARK 300 uses proven Data Devices technology, including a non-magnetic vacuum grid cleaning, patented quick-release hub and fully automatic two-pass cleaning.

A specially designed arm packs the tape so it does not touch either reel flange. This anti-skew device protects tape edges, providing longer tape life, and helps prevent loss of data recorded on the outer edges of the tape.

The Mark 300 is only available as a completely remanufactured machine, with new machine warranty, at a cost of $2,995.00, and a special discounted price of $1,595.00 is available during the months of September and October. It may also be rented for $400.00 per month plus shipping costs, and the machine carries a new machine warranty. The voltage on this machine is 115 VAC; 60 Hz.
