VS4000sl Slim Line DVD & CD Jewel Case Wrapper

Wrapping small to medium quantities of slim line cases can now be achieved with the new VS4000sl Slim Line DVD & CD Jewel Case Wrapper - and at a quality equal to the standard of more expensive finishing machines. The VS4000sl Slim Line Jewel Case Wrapper is a tabletop-mounted unit dedicated to small or medium scale production of DVDs, CDs or CD-Rs.

The VS4000sl works with slim line jewel cases that measure 5.2mm or 7mm thick. The semi-automatic operation is simple and effective. A stack of 100 pre-cut sheets of polypropylene wrapping material is placed on the manual platform. The slim box is simply placed on the pre-cut sheet and the operator moves the heater to seal the front of the box. The side folding and sealing are fully automatic.

Throughput for the first semi-automatic operation of front sealing is up to 250 per hour. The automatic side sealing operation can produce up to 500 per hour.

The sealing temperature is electronically controlled and can be set to the desired value. An electronic security system halts operation in the event of incorrect usage.

Polypropylene wrapping material can be supplied in boxes of 10,000 sheets from Data Devices (LINK to new SUPPLIES page).
