The XC-100 Combination Disintegrator has been evaluated by NSA and meets the requirements of NSA/CSS Specification 02-02 for high security disintegrators.

With the widespread use of networked computers, printers and fax machines, top secret, sensitive information is constantly being printed and recorded to disposable media throughout the workday. It’s important to have a powerful disintegrator located nearby to easily dispose of paper documentation, as well as credit cards, ID badges, optical media (CDs, DVDs), flash media and audio, video, and computer tape. High security printed and recordable office data can be easily and efficiently managed with this NSA-specification office disintegrator.

Sensitive data comes in many shapes and sizes and it only makes sense to have one machine that destroys it all. Dahle North America’s new XC-100 is a paper shredder and plastic disintegrator in one self contained unit that gives you the ability to easily shred paper, CDs, DVDs, audio and video cassettes, I.D. badges, floppy disks, computer cartridges, and much more. The separate media feed opening enables the operator to destroy computer tape--3480, 3490, 3490e, and 3590 tape cartridges, after removing the metal hub. The disintegrator does not destroy metal parts, and these metal hub parts must be removed from the cartridge before inserting into the disintegrator.

The Dahle XC-100 Combination Disintegrator is built with a 10" shredder feed width to accommodate your media with ease. There is a separate feed compartment with a 1.25" x 9" feed compartment that accepts video and audio cassettes, ID badges, credit cards, flash memory, CDs, DVDs, and other media. It accepts computer cartridges, such as 3480, 3490, 3490e and 3590 after removal of the metal hub. This cross-cut machine produces a 1.5mm x 2.5mm shred size to NSA/CSS Specification 02-02. It can disintegrate up to 15 pages at a time, with a throughput of 210 pounds of material per hour.

This professional destroyer is constructed using a cabinet with a swing-open door, which not only houses the shredded waste but also dampens and quiets the noise to allow for office operation. The door hides the waste container, easily lined with disposable shred bags, which can be quickly and safely removed and replaced for a clean, hassle-free shred experience.

Standard operator functions are made possible through a state-of-the-art control panel.
