Very Easy To Use
The HDTD-8800 demagnetizer is fast, easy and convenient to use. It takes just 120 seconds to completely erase your media. Operation is very simple. The operator simply opens the drawer, places the media slated for degaussing in the drawer, and pushes the "Erase" button. Two minutes later, all of the data will be completely erased, and the media can be safely disposed of.

Simple operation allows non-technical operators to erase all formats of media without the confusion of employing complicated adapters. The unit does not require any additional special adapters when using different media. The machine is very quiet; there is virtually no noise from operation. Also, as the degausser does not heat up at all, the machine and the media remain cool at all times. Thus, you are assured you won’t burn your hands while handling hot metal drives, as the drives do not heat up. The convenient large drawer design makes it easy to erase a broad range of hard drive and tape formats at one time and with one pass.
