CopyDisk 4 Platinum Automatic DVD/CD Duplicator

The CopyDisc 4 Platinum Duplicator delivers easy to use, fully automated DVD/CD duplicating. The standalone copier combines a small footprint with the reliable metal framework construction found on our entire range of CopyDisc Platinum duplicator equipment.

The unit is reliable, working continuously, and it will also fit comfortably in any office or production facility. With a capacity of 220 discs, it will duplicate 62 CDs (650Mbyte/74mins) or 22 4.7Gb DVDs per hour unattanded. It unit comes with a standard 120 Gigabyte internal hard drive in order to allow storage and easy access of multiple CD masters. The unit comes prefitted with either 4 16x DVD±R dual layer drives that copy CDs at 48x.

This unit is easy to upgrade for automated printing, should you business grow in that direction. It can be outfitted with either a thermal or inkjet printer, with printing times as little as 30 seconds per disc.

The CopyDisc range of duplicators features automatic format recognition, failsafe operation and consistent high quality CD and DVD duplicates. These units are heavy-duty and highly reliable.

All CopyDisc Platinum duplicators are easy to use, with all command operations entered using the control panel. Simply put 220 CDs or DVDs on the machine at night when you go home, and they will all be duplicated in the morning when you return to work. Blank discs are picked from the input spindle by the precision robotic arm (available with either a vacuum picker or mechanical picker for full face printing) and placed into the waiting drives. The CopyDisc Platinum duplicator will then not only automatically detect the type of CD/DVD master (CD ROM, CD-XA, DVD, etc.) without any user intervention, but will also provide "frame accurate" data and audio, including UPC, ISRC and audio indices. In addition, the compare master and compare copy modules allow both CD/DVD images to be verified for complete data integrity assurance. The internal hard drive offers quick and easy retrieval of stored images.
