This unit comes outfitted with a TEAC P-55 color thermal re-transfer printer - offering photo-quality 400 dpi color graphics. It produces the world's finest high-quality professionally printed CD and DVD discs. Thanks to an innovative thermal re-transfer print system, 4-color, extremely durable full color CMYK discs can be created quickly and effortlessly. The TEAC prints black/white and greyscale graphics along with plain text. This printer offers a throughput of approximately 1 minute and 52 seconds for photo-quality color printing.

The TEAC P-55 offers excellent value for the cost and saves up to 30% in comparison with conventional printing methods. A single disc takes from 80 seconds to print and there's no need to coat. Once printed, the TEAC P-55 permanently seals the image in place using the latest in re-transfer printing technology. This results in a scratchproof, UV-protected and water repellent disc.
